GuardPower’s security officers are meticulously selected and evaluated on their appearance, clean background, attitude, integrity, literacy, and communication skills. In addition to requiring a valid Guard Card issued by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS), GuardPower Security Services, Inc., requires that all candidates undergo an extensive criminal background check before job assignment. We also perform pre-employment and random drug tests and check candidates and DMV records when required.
GuardPower has one of the most extensive training programs in the industry. We hire outside licensed training firms and provide in-house training regularly to ensure we fully comply with BSIS training requirements.
